H&M INVOICE POLICY
If you want an invoice please fill in the needed details in the web form at HM.com. When you have received your order you can apply for a fa piao. Subsequent to your request, the fa piao will be sent to you with regular post after the expiration of the 30 day return period, provided you have not already returned your item(s). Please also allow 5 days handling time. The fa piao will be sent to the address you registered in the web form where you made your fa piao request. As fa piao are only issued with Chinese characters we can only provide fa piao with Chinese characters so the details must be entered in Chinese.
We can issue three types of invoice, private, with individual name and with company name. Make sure to fill in your details in the web form. If you want a private fa piao you must insert the characters "个人" as the field can not be left blank.
We only provide one invoice for all ordered items.
We can provide fa piao for two contents: Apparel and Home.
You must have your order number in order to request an invoice.
If you do not receive your invoice or the information on the invoice is not correct, please contact CS. If the information on the invoice is incorrect the invoice must be returned to H&M before we can issue a new invoice.
Should you decide to return all or part of your order and you have requested and recevied a invioce, such returns will only be accepted if you include the invoice in the return package. Without the invoice we can not provide a refund. If you want a new invoice for any remaining items splease contact H&M customer service.
