How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

You will also be able to track your order under My shopping when you log in at "My H&M".

Where do we ship?

Items ordered in China can only be delivered to persons aged 18 or older, with an adress in Mainland China, (excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).

What are the shipping and handling costs when shopping online?

All orders are subject to a delivery charge. For home deliveries that will be 10 CNY for all adresses in China.

How long does delivery take?

H&M endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 1-7 working days following order confirmation of in-stock items.

Approximate delivery time depending on the area:

Area 1: (2-4 working days)
BeiJing, ChongQing, GuangDong, HeBei, JiangSu, ShangHai, TianJin, ZheJiang

Area 2: (4-6 working days)
AnHui, FuJian, GanSu, GuangXi, GuiZohu, HaiNan, HeiLongJiang, HeNan, HuBei, HuNan, JiangXi, JiLin, LiaoNing, NingXia, QingHai, ShaanXi, ShanDong, ShanXi, SiChuan, Tibet, XinJiang, YunNan

Area 3: (6-7 working days)

Undeliverable parcels

If you have a parcel which is undeliverable it will be automatically returned to H&M. The courier will try to contact you to make a delivery appointment. If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to H&M.
