Deliveries in December*

*If you choose pay next month or pay by invoice for the first time, we are unable to guarantee our holiday delivery promise. Choosing a different payment method will ensure that your order arrives in time. 

Next day delivery cannot be offered on orders  placed on 24th, 25th, 26th 31st  of December 2016 and 1st of January 2017.

Hm.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

STANDARD DELIVERY (£3.99/FREE OVER £50):

  • Your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 days after you received order confirmation.
  • We will deliver 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays.
  • Standard delivery is free for orders over £50.
  • During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (£5.99):

  • We also offer a next day delivery for orders placed before 7 pm.
  • Your parcel will be delivered the next day before 8 pm.
  • We will deliver to residential addresses 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays and to Parcel Shop on working days (no delivery on Sundays and Bank Holidays).
  • Orders placed after 7 pm will be delivered within 2 days.
  • During high season and Sale, Next day delivery might be unavailable.

DELIVERY TO HOME ADDRESS, ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OR PARCEL SHOP

Delivery to your home address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

Delivery to an alternative address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.

Delivery to a Parcel Shop: select this option and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode

Free return via Hermes courier

You can easily arrange for a Hermes courier to pick up your return yourself via the Hermes portal. When clicking on the link you will be redirected to right page immediately, and you just need to enter your order reference number and select the date and time for the pick up.

Please note that you do not need to print the return label from the portal if you use the self-adhesive return label included on the Delivery note.

You can also arrange for a Hermes courier to pick up your return using their contact information provided on the yellow sticker attached to the parcel, or contact H&M Customer Service on 0344 736 9000 (Calls from a UK landline will be at the basic national rate, mobiles may vary).

Free return via Hermes Parcel shop

Attach the self-adhesive return label, which you can find on the Delivery note and take the parcel to a convenient Parcel shop of your choice.

Free via Royal Mail (Post office)

Attach the Royal Mail return label, found in the parcel or you can print a free return address label via Royal Mail, and take your return parcel to the nearest Post Office. Please remember to get proof of postage.

Return or exchange in store with the e-receipt

You are always welcome to return, or exchange in any H&M store in the UK, excluding H&M Selfridges and outlet stores. Just show your e-receipt (sent when your parcel was dispatched) on print or on smartphone, make sure that the barcode is clearly visible. Please note - Only purchases paid by card can be refunded as original payment method. If you have paid using one of our creditoptions, we will offer a merchandise card and your credit balance will still be payable. The merchandise card can be used in all H&M stores across the UK (not online). The store will not be able to refund any charges such as the delivery fee.

PAYPAL

You now have the possibility to pay for you purchase with PayPal. It will just take a few steps:

1. Select PayPal as your payment method in the checkout.

2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.

3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account, and then confirm the payment.


4. You will return to HM.com and your order and payment will have succeeded!

Card payment

You can still choose to pay by card.

  • We accept cards with Mastercard or Visa symbol
  • All transactions are encrypted for your safety
  • Your card will not be debited until we have dispatched your order

Invoice - Pay within 20 days

The name has changed, but the payment method is still the same.

  • The invoice is sent to your e-mail adress when the order is dispatched.
  • Payment information can also be found on the delivery note, enclosed in the parcel.
  • No fees or interest.
  • Pay within 20 days after the invoice date.

Pay next month

The name has changed, but the payment method is still the same.

  • Try on first and pay later.
  • No interest.

All purchases and returns made in one month are added to a statement, which you will recieve the following month. The statement includes a fee of £1.25.
