Man Repeller shares her best advice

Earlier this year, H&M and Bloglovin’ started a search for the next breakthrough fashion blogger. They teamed up with Leandra Medine from Man Repeller to select five finalists, and after going through tons of entries by aspiring bloggers who all posed in their best H&M gear, the finalists were recently flown to New York City (all except one: Taria-ann from Survivor on Stilettos was unfortunately not able to make it).

In the H&M showroom, the finalists met with Leandra Medine who shared her best secrets and answered some burning questions on how to make it in the blogging industry. Watch some of the highlights from the day in the video above!  

So who will be the Breakthrough Fashion Blogger of the Year? That’s up to you guys – and hopefully you’ve already voted for your favourite blogger. The winner will be presented at the Bloglovin’ Awards in New York on 12 September, and the nominees are:

SURVIVOR ON STILETTOS 
When 23-year-old Taria-ann started her blog two and a half years ago, she wanted a space where she could express her passion for photography, writing and fashion. 

STUFF SHE LIKES 
Taye Hansberry lives in Los Angeles with her two dogs, Oliver and Madison. On her blog, she shares her love for food, beauty, photography and fashion. 

STREET STYLE TELLER 
With a background in journalism and film, Jannel Therese started her blog in 2015 – her passion for writing showing in her well-written and personal posts. 

A CONSTELLATION JOURNAL 
Maristella González is an art director and designer, based in Panama. She calls her blog ”a space for design-oriented inspiration for everyday life”. 

A FASHION NERD 
Amy Roiland is a designer, an eyewear lover and the CEO of shopping app FashionTap – but first and foremost, a self-proclaimed fashion nerd.
