Shini Park follows the Instagram account for floor lovers: I Have This Thing With Floors and Shine By Three's Margaret Zhang, All Over Press.
London lifestyle blogger Shini Park uses her innovative blog Park & Cube to show her adventures around London and beyond. She shares her favourite social media picks for this week’s FF.
BY THREE ON INSTAGRAM
Margaret's Instagram is a perfect embodiment of a young, aspirational, multi-talented woman who is curious for the visual world. Her life is impossibly colourful and dynamic, and she does a great job at capturing that on the go. She is also queen of flat-lays in my book!
I HAVE THIS THING WITH FLOORS ON INSTAGRAM
Sure, it might get you a little dizzy at first, but it's one of the most captivating, and oddly satisfying (OCD, anyone?) accounts out there. "When feet meet nice floors, make a #selfeet" – I've been appreciating floors more and more, and now personally planning for the most elaborate, tiled floors once we have a house to decorate.
COMMUNITY CHANNEL ON YOUTUBE
My husband and I count the days until Natalie Tran posts her next vlog on YouTube – she has this knack for self-deprecating humour and her videos are edited so all the characters in her skits are played by herself. I've spent many a day going seven, eight years back into her archives and now I feel like I know her like a best friend.
Designer and good friend Charlie's Tumblr is an apt edit of fashion, interiors and nature that make up her very universe and brand, and also the best place to experience who the Charlie May girl is. Muted colours and sleek silhouette is the name of her game. Plus, it's where I find my monochrome inspiration when I can't compute colour on some mornings.
MAGAZINE ON PINTEREST
Geometry, muted colours, and bold landscape imagery – I fight the urge to re-pin every single pin of theirs. Their Stationery board is one of my favourites, and I love the occasional London spots recommendation.
COUPLE ON FACEBOOK
My favourite boys on social media – Photo/videographers (and DJs) Mike and Gabi of Cup of Couple lead a tasteful life in Madrid. If I'm honest, I squeal every time their dog, Malibu, pops up on my timeline. Such talented people with great hearts. I love following them on Facebook because it feels more personal that way.
