The Perfect Spring Wardrobe

Luxe wool, super soft leather and the finest pima cotton. We list the season's essential looks and premium quality must-haves.

FOR THE SEASON IN-BETWEEN
We're on the edge of winter, but the first warm days of spring are still far away. With an oversized silhouette, roomy pockets and a feminine construction, a wool coat is transitional dressing at its best.

LAID-BACK IN LEGGINGS
For SS19 everyone's wearing leggings. The memo we picked up from the runways was to wear them with everything at all times, but there has to be one way that's righter than others. In our opinion that is layered under a mid-length skirt and paired with a soft knit.

FOR GOING GREEN
From olive to lime to mint. Green is the colour of the season, and an unusually easy one to infuse into your everyday wardrobe. This flowing petrol green button-up blouse is made in pure viscose, which isn't just eye-catchingly shiny – but a conscious material too.

WHEN YOU'RE SUITING UP
Forget your connotations between suiting and strict office wear. For ultimate versatility (and chic-ness) you should opt for an oversized camel-coloured two-piece and give a nod to the '70s by wearing your silk shirt collar outside the lapels.

YOUR NEW EVERYDAY UNIFORM
We're never giving up the forever combo that is jeans and T-shirts. We modify it. Swap blue denim for a pair of five-pocket leather trousers and combine them with an oversized fine-threaded pima cotton tee for a modern twist on the most casual of looks.

FOR STANDING OUT
For your favourite plans, you should always strive to wear something extra. A draped snake-print dress or a sharp-cut fuchsia trouser are safe bets to make head turns whether you're at the office, in the club or just running your everyday errands.

FOR EVERY EVENING
The long black dress is a party essential if there ever was one. With thigh-high slits and a flattering sleeve length, this LBD guarantees that you'll always have something to wear when a last-minute invite slides into your DMs.

YOUR NEW WARDROBE HERO
There are wardrobe essentials, and then there's the trench coat. Made in a heavy viscose-cotton blend, the menswear staple has been given a feminine overhaul by adding two side slits. The ultimate spring coat is best matched with snakeskin boots and sharp trousers for maximum impact.
