  • 100 days return period and free returns for all orders placed between {date} and {date}. 
  • Pay later
    If you would like to return an item you purchased with Pay later, you can first  report the return on your member account page. Go to Payments H&M x Klarna to report your return. Your invoice from Klarna will be put on hold until your return is handled, and you’ll receive an updated statement from Klarna.

    Klarna will contact you directly with information about your refund payment.

    You will automatically receive an updated Pay Later balance from Klarna once your return is processed, this will include any instructions on how to make your payment if you have a remaining balance.

    Klarna will contact you by email if they need bank details from you to make the re-payment.

    For any questions relating to your refund payment, please contact Klarna directly. For anything related to your returned parcel, please contact H&M customer service. 

    Pay now
    If you return items purchased with Pay now, you'll receive the refund payment directly from Klarna. Klarna will contact you by email if they need your bank details.

  • If you want to return anything please use the following steps to return your items to H&M:

    1. Tear off the Return form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
    2. Place the item(s) you wish to return including your Return form in the bag/box that your order arrived in. Please remember that the Return form must always be enclosed with the merchandise.
    3. Attach the pre-printed, self-adhesive address label to your parcel and leave the package in XXXXX or have returns collected at your convenience and choose the service pick@home. You can even choose the collection address: your home, your workplace or another location of your choice.     Returns when your order arrived in separate parcels
    If you received your order as two parcels, returning is just as easy as usual. If you want to return several items and they arrived in different parcels you can use your both delivery notes, but just one bag/box.  

  • We are working on opening up this possibility and expect to offer you this service soon.
  • Your return will cost XXX CURRENCY. This will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.
  • Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming reception of the parcel.
    We will provide a refund using the same method used to make the payment within XX days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the item or evidence of you having sent back the item.
  • Like other items, you can return swimwear and underwear, just make sure the items are unworn and in their original condition.
  • If you have lost your return form, you can print it HERE or contact Customer Service to help you.
  • You find the address on the pre-printed return note that you received with your parcel. If you have lost your return note, please send your item(s) to:

  • Return made via postal services
    If you want to return items that were paid for using only H&M Gift Cards, then you will be issued an e-gift card with an updated balance, even if you payed with a physical gift card. You will receive your new H&M E-Gift Card via email. If you used a combination of payment methods, you will be refunded to an e-gift card first. For example, if you used a combination of gift card and credit card. The return amount will be added to a gift card first. The rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase. 

    Example: If you have ordered items for 400 and payed 200 with a gift card and 200 with a credit card and later return items to a value of 300, you will receive 200 to a new gift card and 100 to the credit card you used at the purchase.

    Return made in store
    If you paid using an H&M Gift Card and wish to return your purchase to an H&M store, you will be issued a new physical gift card, or a merchandise card.

    H&M Gift Card & Credit Card
    If you used a combination of payment methods, you will first be refunded to a physical gift card, or a merchandise card. The rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.

    However, if you wish to be refunded the exact same was as you paid at purchase, you are always welcome to return as recommended by your Delivery note you have received.

 

Right of withdrawal
You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 28 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply fill in the return form attached in your parcel and return the goods to us, using the pre-paid return label we have provided you with. You will find the instructions on how to do this on the delivery note in your parcel.

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order, before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than XX days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than XX days from the day on which you received your item(s). All our parcels contain a pre-paid return label for you to use when you send the items back. If you want us to pick up your parcel at home; please see instructions on the delivery note and at hm.com.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
