You are still welcome to visit our stores In Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan. We'll do our best to make your shopping experience as comfortable and safe as possible for you, and our staff. We kindly ask you to keep the advice from the local authorities in mind, and help each other to feel safe and welcome.
As always, we are committed to serving you on hm.com. In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we would like you to know that:
• Due to high demand and the additional health and safety measures, our deliveries are taking a little longer to reach you.
• We have additional health and safety measures in place to protect our logistics team. Safety is our priority, so your delivery might take longer.
• Our couriers have adapted their process and are offering safe distance deliveries, with no need to sign for parcels and the use of safe place locations.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide online services that we offer in connection with our stores (Find in Store), nor can we offer garment collecting in our stores right now for Malaysia.
Given how the situation has continued to develop, we have decided our online stores will remain closed in Philippines and Taiwan until further notice.
Even though you can’t shop online with us for the moment in Philippines and Taiwan, you can still browse and save all your new favourites for when we reopen!
We would like you to know that:
· Our deliveries have been impacted due to all warehouses closing. If you purchased something before 30 March 2020 you’ll receive an email with all relevant details about your order.
