HOW TO STYLE THE BODYSUIT FOR SUMMER

It’s comfy, super soft, flattering and hugs your body like a glove. Here are three ways to style this summer’s favorite piece: the bodysuit.

THE MAXI SKIRT
Remember the classic business-in-the-front, party-in-the-back hairdo from the 80s? Say hello to its beautiful bodysuit cousin! The trick for this beachy outfit is to balance the open back with a midi or maxi-length skirt to keep it classy and show just the right amount of skin. Vacation-vibe jewelry with seashell details adds a nice summer touch. And don’t be afraid to color clash! Bright red sandals paired with the burnt orange bodysuit? Why not?

THE HIGH-WAIST SHORTS
Wearing high-waist pants often means you’re constantly adjusting the top, tucking it in and trying to get it to stay in a comfortable place. That’s why a flattering, black bodysuit is the perfect match for these breezy graphic-patterned shorts. A black faux leather belt with a gold buckle adds a nice finishing detail and teams great with tiny gold hoop earrings.

THE FLUID PANTS
Not into showing lots of skin but still want to look summery? Opt for a light color palette. The tight white bodysuit paired with super wide, beige pants creates a relaxed and flattering silhouette. Style the outfit with a cream-colored jacket tied around your waist (great to have at hand when the temperature falls after sunset) and a color-popping straw bag.
