The Ficus Elastica Robusta, also called the Rubber Plant, is a very easy houseplant to take care of. The Rubber plant owes its name to the fact that rubber used to be made from the leaves. Nowadays, the plant is only grown to look beautiful in living rooms and office spaces. This type of Ficus is the Ficus Elastica Robusta, and it has very large leaves with an oval shape. The leaves are shiny and have a dark green colour. A beautiful striking houseplant! Eventually, the Rubber plant can grow up to 2 meters high in a spacious pot!
