You can easily keep the item clean on a weekly basis with a dry, clean cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents, as these may damage the powder coating. Dry any damp spots well immediately, this prevents rings. Also protect the furniture from rain, night and the winter period with a plastic film or protective cover.
