Fills, accentuates, and shapes brows keeping a natural look with a delicate colour touch. Provide an up to 20 hours lasting hold. Pro-tip: For lifted brows, apply the pen vertically to make hairs stand up straight. Flick the pen upwards as you are applying BROW PEN. If you would rather have a laminated look, brush hairs into place with our transparent DEFINING BROW GEL, before filling in any gaps with our BROW PEN.
