Glitterally ready for the holidays
Gear up — the season to sparkle is coming! We created three glitter makeup looks to make you glisten and glow this winter.
GET THE LOOK: GLITTER MINIMALIST
Glitterally Eye Colour (shade: Hibiscus)
Think of this look as more grunge and less disco. After finishing your base, use a fluid glitter eyeshadow in a shade that’s in contrast to your eye and skin colour. The trick of application? Go for where your tears would fall! This way you get an organic and interesting shape.
Beauty hack! If the glitter ends up in areas where you don’t want it to, wrap tape around your finger, sticky side out, and remove everything out of place.
This eye is easy to shape and makes you shine on the dance floor. Start by applying the silver coloured Colour Essence Eye Pencil in the shade Ceremony as an outline for the shape. Then fill the whole space with the Over the Moon eyeshadow, using a sturdier brush that makes it easy to tone it evenly. Complete the look by using the Glitterati Mascara Liner in the shade Moonstruck as an eyeliner all around the outline.
Have fun with this one! Add strong hues bit by bit, starting with the eyeshadows. Don’t try to match one side with the other — you don’t have to be precise or perfect to pull this look off — but keep the colours consistent. When you are happy with the shapes and flecks of colour you can add the glitter on top. Leave the lashes and lips natural — this look is vibrant enough as it is.
