What is H&M Club?

H&M Club is an all-digital loyalty program. You will get points on all your shopping, in-store and online, special offers and rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

How do I join H&M Club?

Does it cost anything to be an H&M Club member?

No, the membership is free of charge.

How old do I have to be to join H&M Club?

You need to be at least 16 years old to join H&M Club.

I have forgotten my credentials (username and/or password) to my H&M Club account – what do I do?

The membership is connected to your online user account so the forgotten username or password options on hm.com can be used if needed. Click here to recover your username and/or password.

Do I need mobile coverage to be able to access my Digital Club Card?

If you check the box “remember me” at your login you will always be able to access your Digital Club ID, even when you’re offline. You do however need mobile coverage to be able to redeem your rewards.

Can I use my H&M Club membership abroad?

No, your Club membership is country specific. If you want to earn points in another country, you need to apply for a membership in that country as well.

Is the Club membership personal?

Yes, only one person can be registered to each membership account.

Can I post-register a purchase if I forgot to show my Digital Club Card at the time of purchase?

Yes, bring your receipt and your mobile phone with your Digital Club Card to any store and the cashier will help you. If you want to call Customer Service to get help with post registration, you need to send in a digital copy (e.g. a picture of the receipt) to Customer Service. If post registering in store or via customer service, you have up until 30 days after the purchase.

Is the Club ID the only way I can identify myself as an H&M Club member?

You can link your Club ID to your phone number. Simply ask a sales advisor at any H&M store to connect your phone number to your Club membership. Afterwards, you will be able to use your phone number to show you are a club member and collect points on all of your purchases. 

How do I update my membership information?

Login at hm.com with your online user account and go to your profile.

How do I collect points?

You earn points for all store purchases when you identify yourself as a Club member with your Digital Club Card. You also earn points for all online purchases as a Club member since your membership is connected to your online user profile on hm.com.

Do all purchases give me points?

Yes, all purchased products will generate points with a few exceptions (e g gift cards and charity items).

Do my points expire if I do not use them?

Your points expire 24 months after the month during which they were earned.

How much is a point worth?

One currency unit in a purchase equals one earned point. One pound = one point.

How long does it take for my point balance to be updated after a purchase?

For online purchases, your point balance will be updated when your goods are delivered. For store purchases, your point balance will be updated within 24 hours after the purchase.

Where can I see how many points I’ve earned?

You can find your current point balance by logging into your account in the H&M app or on the hm.com website.

What happens with points when I return the article?

After you return the article, points you earned on that article will be deducted from your account.

How do I get information about my current offers?

You will receive updated information about your current Club offers on your personal Club page in your H&M app or on the hm.com website as well as via Club News and Fashion News (if you are a Fashion News subscriber).

Can I return a reward discount?

No. A redeemed reward for a discount cannot be returned and the Club points will not be refunded. However, if you redeem an Online reward and H&M cannot deliver your order, you will be reimbursed for the Club points used to buy the reward.

Can I cancel my participation at an event?

Yes. Every event has a last cancellation date. If you cancel your booking before the last cancellation date you will be reimbursed for the points spent to book the event. You can cancel your participation after the last cancellation date as well, but you will not be reimbursed for the points spent when booking the event.

How do I subscribe to H&M Club News?

You will start receiving Club News when you become a member of the Club.

Can I change the frequency of H&M Club News?

No, the H&M Club News email is sent out regularly so that you can be sure not to miss any exclusive club news or information.

How do I leave H&M Club?

You can leave the club from your profile page on your H&M app or the hm.com website.

What happens with my points if I choose to leave H&M Club?

If you want to use your points, you need to do that before leaving. After leaving, all unused points are deleted.

What happens to my personal data if I leave H&M Club?

Your membership data will be deleted when you leave H&M Club.

How do I unsubscribe to H&M Club News?

You can unsubscribe from Club News from your profile page on your H&M app or the hm.com website.

Can I be a member with all smartphones?

For an iPhone and Android smartphone you can use our H&M app. Just download the H&M app in the app store or google play store. For all other smartphone brands you can use the mobile page to use all club offers.
