Where is my refund?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.Your delivery fee will be refunded if you return all items in your order.

It’s also worth confirming whether anyone in your household or a neighbour accepted the parcel on your behalf.If you still can’t locate it, please get in touch with us and include your order details so we can look into it for you.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Your order or an item within your order may have been cancelled due to the item being out of stock when our warehouse colleagues went to pick and pack your purchase.You will not be charged for this order/item.
