H&M guarantees that your details are completely safe with us. All information is sent encrypted to ensure total security of any sensitive information. 

Please note, that for your safety our Customer Service is not able to place orders with card payment.

Debit at dispatch of your order
If the card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we dispatch your order.

If the card transaction is not approved your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Dear Customers: Recent updates in customs payments imposed by the Philippines Bureau of Customs may reflect additional charges in your shipping fees, which may require payment after you have completed your purchase on hm.com. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team directly for assistance. Please note that If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees will be charged for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery.

How to pay these fees: Our transport partner UPS will contact you about the fees, once the parcel has reached the Philippines.You can make the payment with cash on delivery directly to the driver.

How to pay these fees: Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.

Shoes
Please note that when you buy shoes (not made from leather) produced in China an import fee might be added to the price.
