Where is my refund?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be issued.

Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation. If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

H&M are happy to refund within 30 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Return Form included in your parcel and send the items back to us.
