H&M CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Welcome to the H&M Hennes & Mauritz Loyalty Club ("H&M Club" or "the Club"). By registering for the H&M Club you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1.2 The membership in the Club is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a member.

1.3 H&M Club is a loyalty program where you will earn points which can be redeemed for offers, services, events and much more.

1.4 By signing up for the H&M Club and providing us with your e-mail address you consent to receive the latest fashion inspiration, offers, our Club News e-mails and other marketing material using electronic means.

1.5 You also give your consent to being contacted by representatives of H&M, or the H&M Club, for surveys about the Club or other H&M services, or information about your membership.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership in the H&M Club is limited to individual residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 16 years of age and have a current, valid email account. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of H&M are eligible for Membership but may be excluded from certain promotions. 

2.2 By submitting your application, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

2.3 Your Membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by H&M. We apply a limit of one Membership per person. 

2.4 Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for Membership. The H&M Club may not be used for reselling or profit. 

2.5 It is your responsibility to keep your email and contact details up to date.

2.6 Your points expire 24 months after the month during which they were earned.

3. H&M CLUB  IN THE UNITED KINGDOM  

3.1 H&M Club is a national program and you can only earn points to the Club by shopping in H&M stores in the United Kingdom and online at hm.com, or by performing other point awarding activities as communicated from time to time by the Club. 

3.2 The points you have earned is personal and cannot be transfered to another person or member.

3.3 The Club points earned on a purchase of an item will be reduced from your account if you return the item.

4. CHANGES, TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL FROM PROGRAM

4.1 You may cancel your H&M Club Account at any time at your “H&M Club Account” on the website hm.com

4.2 If you cancel your Account, any points which remain in such account will be forfeited.

4.3 H&M may, at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the H&M Club, and/or any of the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations or benefits at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to check or review these terms and conditions from time to time to keep informed of any changes. 

4.4 H&M reserves the right to exclude any individual from the H&M Club in its sole discretion. Any proven or reasonably assumed abuse of the H&M Club, failure to follow the Terms and Conditions, Membership inactivity for more than 24  months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of H&M may subject you to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the H&M Club. If your Membership is revoked, any points in your H&M Club Account will automatically expire.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 H&M will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction of the H&M Club or any consequences thereof. H&M accepts no liability for any loss or damages arising from suspension, variation or termination or in any other way relating to the H&M Club, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

6. APPLICABLE LAW

6.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising or relating to these Terms and Conditions or membership in the H&M Club shall be resolved by the applicable courts in the United Kingdom.
