RETURNS

Due to the additional safety measures we're taking in our warehouses, we're experiencing delays in processing returns. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work extra hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our teams.

Please take your time trying everything on.  If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Return Form included in your parcel and send the items back to us.

Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail and the items you wish to return need to be sent to us 90 days from the date you received your parcel.

RETURN OPTIONS

Please note that we do not accept returns of restricted items. Read more about restricted items.

Please Note that for hygienic reasons, all underwear and swimwear bottoms are final sale and not eligible for returns.

At this time, we are unable to process returns in our stores for items purchased online.

REFUNDS

We will refund the value of your returned items using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. If you are an H&M Loyalty Member, the return shipping fee will be waived.

Please note that H&M will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank might apply.
