Use the roller on clean skin for at least five minutes at a time and apply face oil or serum for a gentler massage. Repeat the following motions five times: Roll outwards under the jawline, outwards along the eyebrows and up over the forehead. Always roll in just one direction, never forwards and backwards. Roll from the middle of the face upwards and outwards for a calming and relaxing feeling. Use the Gua Sha tool after applying face oil or serum and repeat the following motions five times: stroke upwards from the middle of the chin and out towards the earlobes, upwards along the forehead, outwards along the cheekbones, outwards along the lips and upwards on the neck.
