 TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE HERE'S HOW: 1. REGISTER A RETURN
Click on "Register return" and click the items you wish to return.
2. SELECT THE METHOD
Select the courier or return method.
3. HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
Follow the instructions provided in the portal for your chosen return method.
4. You can track your return by clicking the 'Track Your Return' button in the email or by visiting: <a href="https://fareye.co/track.html?com_code=zsig&amp;pm_Id=1187&amp;track_page_version=v2)%20&amp;only_latest=false" target="_blank">Zalora Express.</a>

*For standard and non-members, a return fee of S$6 will be applied.
You can easily return items by arranging a home collection
Log in to the&nbsp;<a href="https://www2.hm.com/en_sg/returns">Returns Portal</a>&nbsp;using your order number and the email address used to place the order. Let us know what you’d like to return and why.&nbsp;Please note we only accept items that are not used or worn before.
It will take approximately 4 business days for processing of your returned parcel.&nbsp;
Once you've registered your return via the portal, follow the instructions on how to send your return package back to us. If you do not receive a return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number. We are always happy to help!

H&amp;M partners with a wide range of carriers across various markets. In Singapore, Zalora Express.&nbsp; will handle the collection of your return package. To arrange a home collection, customer may book through our Digital returns in the website or APP.

The customer are welcome to process a return for any defective products in two conditions however CS to need to send an email to Zalora WH to check if the return is possible since WH need to check first from their end if the damage was made before or after the delivery.

Discount coupons and codes are valid for one-time use only. If any items from your order are returned, the discount coupon or code will not be eligible for reuse, and you will be refunded the amount paid for each item. We appreciate your understanding.

We do not offer exchange; however,&nbsp; you can return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new one.

No Specific time, but Time range is from 09:00AM - 06:00PM.

Return process typically takes up to 14 days to complete from the date of mailing.

Once home collection is processed we we will tag it as failed and send email to Zalora WH with the correct address.

You may leave your return in a secure location or designate someone to hand it over to the courier team on your behalf, provided you have informed the Zalora Express team of the designated drop-off location.&nbsp;

We do not have an option for drop off. Only our partner carrier will come and collect the returning items.

You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.
If you send your return by post, please allow 14 days for your return to reach the warehouse.
If more than 14 days have passed and your return is not registered, please contact <a href="https://www2.hm.com/en_sg/customer-service/contact.html">Customer Service</a>.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.
Your delivery fee will be refunded if you return all items in your order. Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.
