Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return it by arranging a home collection. Please ensure that all items are in good condition and have all original labels attached.
A return fee S$6 will be applied to all customers. Kindly allow up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation after 14 days, plesae contact Customer Service with your order number and tracking number for further assistance.

Here’s how to register return for an online purchase:
1. Start Your Return
Click “Register Return” and enter your email and order #
2. Select Items & Reason
Choose the items you’d like to return and select the reason code.
3.Confirm Pick-Up Details
Review your pick-up address and select a preferred date.
4.Submit Your Return
Click “Confirm Return” to compete the process.
5.Pack Your Items
Use the original packaging or a secure parcel. Write your Order Number on the outside of the package.
6. Track Your Return
Use the “Track Your Return” button in your email or visit Zalora Express.

We aim to process your refund within 14 days from the date your return was collected or provide proof of return.
If you return your entire order, we will refund both the order value and the delivery cost; however, a return fee of SGD 6 will be deducted. For partial returns, delivery costs will not be refunded, and the SGD 6 return fee will still apply.
A return fee of SGD 6 applies to all members for any returns.
If more than 14 days has passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
