Your parcel will be delivered within 1-4 business days to your home or an alternate delivery address.

You may change the delivery address during check out. 

At the moment, all orders are shipped out from our warehouse in  Malaysia. Occasionally, you may experience a longer delivery lead time, especially during sales periods.

For non-members, the S$ 6.90 shipping fee will be applied

The prices displayed at hm.com include the statutory goods and service tax (GST) if any, but do not include a delivery charge.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee is S$ 6.90. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store and online may vary.

H&M is cooperating with a large number of carriers over different markets. You will receive an email or sms prior to your parcel delivery from our partners.

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.

However you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. Should you need to, you can find out about return options instead here.
