Where is my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 14 days from the date your return reaches the warehouse or provide proof of return.Refund will be processed to the same payment method used to make the purchase.For core and non-members, if you choose to make a return, we will refund you the order value and the cost of delivery but deduct a return fee of SGD 6. However, should you choose to keep certain items and only return parts of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded, and we will also deduct a return fee of SGD 6.Once you reach Plus membership, returns are completely free, with no return fee deducted.

Where is my return?

Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email and begin processing your refund. If you haven’t received the email after 14 days, please  contact us with your order number and return tracking number for assistance.

I am missing items from my order

Accepted Answer

If you are missing an item from your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery mail, we wont charge you for any cancelled items. If you are missing items that were not cancelled, please contact us with your order information so we can help.
