No tax duties applicable for Macau

We are offering free shipping on all orders over PHP 2,999 for the time being. For orders below PHP 2,999, the PHP 249 shipping fee will be applied.

How to pay these fees: Once the parcel has entered the destination market it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.

Tax duties
Applicable on orders over NT$ 2,000

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.

However you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled.
