Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 30 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in good condition with all the labels attached.

TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Return Form included in your parcel and send the items back to us.

You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.

It will take approximately 28 working days for refund processing of your returned parcel. Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will refund the value of your returned items to the same card initially used for the purchase.

Please note, that H&M will not be able to refund any additional charges, such as import taxes/customs duties, or cross border fees, applied by your local customs office or bank.

If more than 28 days have passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.
