Wide shoulder straps, foldover panel at top in soft, fluffy fabric with a plastic decoration, a sequined section at front, and long sleeves. V-shaped section above a flared, taffeta-lined skirt in tulle. Cape in chiffon with a printed design. Made to be used and loved for a long time – take care of it, pass it on, repair, and recycle.
