Where is my refund?

You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.Your delivery fee will be refunded if you return all items in your order.

Once we have processed your return in our warehouse, we will send you an email as notice of cancellation.If you have not received your return email after 14 days, please contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help!

I am missing items from my order

If you are missing an item from your order please check if any items were marked as out of stock on your delivery mail, we wont charge you for any cancelled items. If you have ordered one of our external brands these will be delivered in a separate parcel. If you are missing items that were not cancelled, please contact us with your order informtion so we can help
