Can I cancel or amend my order?

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed. Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. Order delivery in two packages

Accepted Answer

Under certain circumstances your order may be delivered in two packages and you would see this information on the checkout page. In this case no additional delivery fees will apply. Please note that if you have chosen to pay Cash on delivery, please pay for the packages separately as per the amount mentioned on the package as they might arrive at different times.

We are delivering everywhere except containment zones.  We deliver to customers who are 18 years and above, with an address in India. Please note, that some areas may be excluded from delivery. You will be notified about this during checkout.You may choose to have your order delivered to your home or an alternative address.
