Please take your time trying everything on. If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Return Form included in your parcel and send the items back to us.
To make a return, please contact the courier company Dehlivery to arrange a collection using one of the following methods:

To track the status of your return, please go to https://www.delhivery.com/ and submit your Tracking ID. This can be found in your return confirmation email.
If you paid using Cash on Delivery, please do the following so that we can refund you:
- Add your bank account details to your My H&M account
- Contact your bank to enable Know Your Customer with them
We will refund the value of your returned item(s) within 30 days after receiving your return. Please note that your bank can take an additional 3-5 working days to process the refund.
