Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in good condition with all the labels attached. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in store.

Purchases from our limited and designer collection must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Please reuse our original packaging or pack it securely. Remember to never combine different orders into one return shipment.

You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase, minus the return fee.

Your delivery fee will be refunded only if you return all items in your order.

Please allow 14 days for your return to reach the warehouse.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received your return confirmation email, please contact Customer Service.
