How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver orders within 2-7 working days after receiving your order confirmation email.During high season, sales period and bank holidays, the delivery period may be longer. The current delivery time will be displayed at checkout.Please see below for exceptions for the Croatian Islands.

What delivery options can I choose?

We deliver to persons of 18 years or older who are residents of Croatia, Cyprus (EU), Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, or Slovenia.We aim to deliver orders to all countries within 2-7 working days, with the exception of the Croatian Islands (2-9 working days).Delivery to your home or alternative address: Select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as the delivery address. For alternative address, untick your home address and select/enter the alternative.Delivery to a Pick-up Point: Select this option and search for a convenient Pick-up Point by entering a postcode. Please see below for eligible markets and sizing restrictions.Delivery to a locker: Select this option and search for a convenient locker location by entering a postcode. Please see below for eligible markets and sizing restrictions.
