How to shop?

Orders can be placed on our website, mobile app or tablet. You must be 18 years old or older and provide a residential shipping and billing address. Items are saved in the shopping bag for 7 days but don’t wait too long, the items are not reserved.

When you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping bag" to place your order. Price, and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.

To save time the next time you shop, you can choose to save your credit card details on our secure server, so you won't have to enter them every time you check out. Please note that in Greece you can pay with Cash on Delivery only. For more information go to Payments.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped with a tracking link to trace your order.

How can I add a discount on my order?

If you received a discount code from H&M you can enter this code at the checkout page.. The field for the discount code is located on the right side above the purchased items.

An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for 7 days, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

Card Payment - quick and secure

Please note that this option is not available in Greece.
We accept cards with MasterCard or Visa symbol.
Your card will be not be debited until we have dispatched your order.*

* If the credit card transaction is approved, the amount will be reserved immediately and you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your card will be debited when we ship your order. If you return any items the balance will then be refunded onto your card. If the card transaction is not approved your order will be canceled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

Cash on Delivery - pay in cash when receiving your parcel (Greece only)

You will pay when your parcel is delivered.

You will pay the amount (including the delivery fee) to the courier service representative delivering your parcel. We recommend having the exact amount available to smoothen transaction.

Please note that this option is only available in Greece.

When is the amount debited from my credit card?

Please note that card payment is not available in Greece.

A reservation of the amount on your credit card is made when you place an order. Your credit card will be debited when we ship your package.

What happens in case of returns?

In case of card payment (not for Greece), we will refund the value of your returned items less the return fee of 3,99 € to the card originally used for your purchase.

If you paid by Cash on Delivery (Greece only), we will refund the value of your return less the return fee of 3,99 € by bank transfer. Therefore we need your bank account details. Sign in to My H&M and add your bank account details under 'Saved Cards & Payment Details'. The bank details added on this page will only be used for refunds. Please note that your bank might apply a transfer fee, which will not be refunded. For specific information regarding this fee, please check with your bank.

Please note that you will be refunded in Euros. H&M will not refund differences in currency conversion rates, or additional bank conversion fees.

Please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded if you kept items from the original order.

How long does delivery take?

Croatia: 2-4 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Estonia: 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Greece: 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.
Please allow 2 extra days for the Greek Islands.

Latvia: 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Lithuania: 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Luxemburg: 3-5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Slovenia: 2-4 working days after receiving the order confirmation email.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You will also be able to track your order under ‘My Shopping’ when you log in at My H&M.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE?

All orders are subject to a delivery fee.

Delivery to your home, or alternative address: the delivery fee will be 4,99 €.

Delivery to a Pick-up Point: the delivery fee will be 3,99 €.

Please note that Pick-up Point delivery is only available in Estonia, Greece, Lativa, Lithuania, and Luxemburg.
