How do I find an item in store?

If you’re trying to find an item in store, try one of these tools:·       Buy online, pick up in store – place your order and pick up the same day*·       Buy online, ship to store – buy online and ship to store for free·       Check our “Find in store” option on the product details pageCheck the shipping and pick up details here and *keep in mind the same day deadline.

Can my order be adjusted if I missed a promotion?

If you were unable to add a promotion, we may be able to add valid promotions post-checkout. We are unable to price match in-store to online or honor prices if you purchased outside of the promotional sale period.

I want to cancel/adjust my order

Accepted Answer

We start processing your order quickly, which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the shipping address or shipping method. However, you may be able to cancel your order as we do have a short cancellation window. Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun.
