Drawstring-detail kaftan dress

Read the reviews on this and should have listened. I'm typically a L/XL so i went with the M/L. Could have even sized down. The drawstrings do take some adjusting to make sure it's tightened at the right spot. It's not the end of the world but learn from my mistake. The fabric feels beautiful and I plan on wearing this during all of my warm weather travels. Breathable and flowy. I'm 5'4" and it went to shin level which is fine for me. Shoulders were a bit wide and i tend to have broad shoulders so not for super petites. Also, no pockets (@H&M WHYYYY). I don't understand making a dress/skirt in this day and age without them.

Contrary to other reviews, I think this dress is really nice. I don't agree with the quality critiques. However, I do think this dress belongs in the maternity section. It's cut and style, high waiste, combined with the stiffer material, will likely make you look pregnant, even if you are not. The fabric tends to balloon at the draw strings, rather than drape, which gives the illusion of a large belly. I love the idea, but will return it because of those factors.

Really love these! I sized down to xs/s as it states it's oversized. It's still massive when it's not pulled in at the waist, but the ties just give it some definition. It'll be swishy and cool on holiday, and very easy to just slip on and off on the beach. Also bought the white/blue version, which is just as lovely. I didn't find the ties hard to cinch in at all, nor the material heavy and hot.

Sadly this doesn't appear to be very well made. The white stitching was already pulled in several places when I took it out of the delivery package. That doesn't bode well for wear over the long term. Also the bias at the bust is too high for someone with long torso and 44DD bust like me. It did run down nearly to my ankles and I'm nearly 6 foot. Had to return it.

Love everything about it except it does run very large. Would recommend going with the size that fits your bust area best because everything else is very roomy, the drawstrings offer a ton of flexibility in sizing around the waist area. Going to return and try a M/L and hopefully it will be perfect!

Really beautiful dress!! A little see through but would be amazing on holiday!! Sadly I am petite and even the xs drowns me. I am 5ft 2 and a size 6 to 8 if that helps. Had been waiting for it to come in stock for a while so gutted when it didn't fit. Would look great in someone taller!!

This dress is comically oversized. You could easily fit three of me in the size M/L and I'm not exactly a small woman. Homer Simpson and his mumu come to mind. Such a pity because the pattern is beautiful and the material seems to be good quality.

It is way to big size wise. I ordered XS /SM and it was like Large + The string at waistband was difficult to loosen and therefore not practical. V neck is too low. The Fabric is suitable for Summer. I liked it colour combination.

Just being a bit critical - the pattern placement could have been a bit better! I got the XS/S and because it has drawstrings at the side would basically fit a small size person to a medium size person

Really wanted to like this, it's very oversized but you can pull it in. The print is cute and I was hoping it could be worn as a day dress but it's definitely only for the beach over a swimsuit.
