This dress has potential, but I'm not suited, as I have a larger stomach. No point going up to next size as the low cut neck would then be too low to hide a bra, as I am a small cup size. It did fit but wasn't flattering on me personally. Would have worked perfectly in my youth ;-). I need another 2 inches in length as I wanted to wear it in summer without tights. I'm 5ft 3 and it was about 3 inches above the knees. The metallic finish is less forgiving for lumps than blue denim. I'm a pear shape with middle-age tummy. I'm 22 in HM trousers, size L/44/16 in COS A-line dresses.
