I am a true size 12, 5'3 and this fits perfectly. Bit of wiggle room which I like, length was perfect mini. Docked a star because the pleat crease came out in the first wash and even with an ironing it didn't go back properly. Takes a bit more time to iron out but I love it.

Nice, but too tight for me and I upsized. A little bit thin looking. Just above knee on me, so would be really short on taller folks.
