The photos are misleading, rather than the artistic black&white HM should post photos which accurately represent the product. This coat is rather matte (not shiny as it appears in some of the photos), the fabric is thicker, heavier and rougher than any other twill I've seen. It arrived crumpled and it was impossible to straighten it so you'll always look frumpy wearing it. I'm a size 10-12 and size M was a good oversized fit for the width but the sleeve length and overall length are too long for a short/petite person. sizing down would not solve this issue.
