These look great on. The fit/style were really nice, and they were a good length (for short shorts, anyway). The only thing I didn't like was the feel of the gold fabric. It was hard and scratchy. As someone with sensory issues, I had to return. If you don't usually have an issue with that sort of thing, I'm sure you'll love these. They are lined, so the material up against your skin is fine. I'm 5'6", 124 pounds, between and 4 & 6 (or a 27/28) in pants, 35" waist (not curvy at all) and the 4 fit well.
