I am 5'7" and the pants are a great length on me. I am 35 weeks and have to wear the pants under my belly. While they do fit when I pull them up higher, I end up getting love handles and it's a bit tight around the belly. The thing I dislike the most is I have to wear them very low so that they don't go into my buttcrack. They fit fine or even loose everywhere else but are too tight on the buttcrack making them inappropriate to wear at work. Wearing the pants very low helps a bit with this, but not fully. If you are wearing a long shirt that completely covers your bum then you will be fine.
