this dress is very cute. however there is almost zero extra fabric for a pregnant woman around the midsection - you could fully wear this not pregnant. I am six months pregnant and my bump isn't that big and i'm typically a large in mama attire/hm clothing and the XL JUST fits me. I would say if you're closer to 7-9 months go up two sizes.
