The quality of this tee is shocking. It's not boucle effect, it's just poor fabric that has been repurposed. The fact that it's sold as 90% silk means one expects it to feel soft, even if it is not a satin weave. Instead it is scratchy and unpleasant. There is also a huge seam down the centre back of the tee shirt, just in case you weren't uncomfortable enough, and the seam is overlocked instead of taped so there's extra scratchiness. Do not waste your money.
