This sports bra runs small. I ordered a size up because I wanted it to feel comfortable enough to wear all day, not just for workouts. I usually wear size S-M (36-38), but I chose an L so it wouldn't feel tight and would still allow some breathing room. However, it ended up fitting very snugly. By the end of the day, I had marks on my skin from the pressure. It's probably fine for sports or short periods of wear, but for a full day it feels too tight.
