The soap itself is great, it smells amazing, lathers really well, and the bottle looks nice. Unfortunately, the dispenser is poorly designed. After pressing it, it doesn't spring back up properly, so you have to keep tapping or pulling it to make it work again. It's quite frustrating and really lets an otherwise great product down.
