This is one print that looked decent amongst all the other prints on dresses and skirts in most of the shops. The elasticated waist is perfect for keep the skirt up on its own. It has no lining, so even slight wind causes the fabric to fly up and sideways then stay stuck there unless ruffled downwards by your hands. Would be ideal if there were some heavy beading inside the hem of the skirt, going allbthe way round the skirt to keep it south all the time, the pleats would be visible all the time too without needing fix the skirt every few steps.
