I am 5'2" 125lbs and the skirt fit perfectly, a little loose even, compared to other size small skirts from H&M. It does not sit at my hips, but rather is a high waisted skirt on me (which is what I wanted). The matching top is cute! Be warned it shrinks a lot if put into the dryer. I will not be doing that with the skirt, but had to re-order the top as I couldn't do up the last button after putting in the dryer.
