Due to the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, there will be some disruptions to our delivery services.
Next Day Delivery will be unavailable from 7pm, 26th May until 8am, 6th of June.
Standard Delivery will be unavailable Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd of June, so any parcels ordered will not be delivered on these days. We will resume normal service from the 4th of June but there may be some local delays over the weekend due to street parties.

We will deliver your purchase within 2-4 days after receiving your order confirmation. We deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays.
Please note: due to maintenance work on the ferry service between April 25th and May 10th, deliveries to Isle of Man will take an additional 24 hours.
Click & Collect £3.99 (free for all plus members / free for members spending £20 or more)
You can also use our Click & Collect service, just select 'pick-up in store' in the checkout. You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Your parcel will arrive to your selected H&M store within 2-4 days, Monday-Saturday. You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the store, just remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.
Pick-up in store is available in selected stores in the UK. If your area is applicable for the Click & Collect service, you can search for the closest location in the checkout by typing in your post code. Please note that this option is not available for parcels larger than 700x500x600mm.
Next day delivery - £5.99
You can select our next day delivery service at checkout and if your order is placed before 7pm your parcel will be delivered the next day by 8pm. We deliver to residential addresses 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays. We deliver to Pick-up Points Mon-Sat, except Bank Holidays. Orders placed after the cut off will be delivered within 2 days.
Selected orders might not be eligible for next day delivery, this will be clear at checkout.Please note that Next Day Delivery is not available for parcels larger than 700x500x600mm.
External home assortment
At the moment, Standard home delivery is the only option available for our external home assortment.We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed, including changing the delivery address or delivery option. However you maybe able to update some details or redirect your parcel with Evri directly.
If you do need to cancel your order, there is a short amount of time after the order is confirmed for you to do this.
- Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases.
- If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled.
- If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun.

You have 7 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the H&M store. . You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Just remember to bring your ID and your Pick-up code as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.
You can identify yourself with:
- Passport or driving licence
- Credit/debit card
- Utility Bill
- Monthly statement
If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.
After 7 days, any uncollected parcels will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be notified by email. You will also receive a return confirmation when the parcel reaches our warehouse and your refund will be processed. For full info about returns and refunds please go to Returns.

Click & collect does not apply to our external home assortment.Some of our furniture and lighting are sent in parcels larger than our standard packaging.
Next Day Delivery, Click&Collect and Pick Up Point cannot be used if a parcel is larger than 700x500x600mm, due to the parcel’s size.
We offer you the following delivery options:
Delivery to your home address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.
Delivery to a Pick-up Point: select this option and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode.If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID as well as their own ID.

At the moment, Standard home delivery is the only option available for our external home assortment.Items ordered in the UK can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the UK (excluding the Channel Islands, BFPO and mail forwarding companies).

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Please note, our external home assortment will arrive in a separate parcel, and may be delivered by different carriers. As we continue our journey towards becoming fully circular and renewable, we are exploring new, more sustainable ways to make, transport and package our products. We are pleased to be able to offer some post codes climate smart deliveries, where the final mile of the delivery is brought to you with an electric van.
You do not need to select this method, if you live within the applicable postcodes, your order will be sent this way.
With our carrier, we hope to expand this more sustainable method of delivery when it is possible to do so. Watch this space!
We’re taking steps in our commitment to only using packaging materials from recycled or sustainable sources. As we are testing to find alternative solutions, your parcel might be packaged in a paper bag or you might have received items without individual polybags.
These steps are just some of the ways that we are exploring and contributing towards a sustainable future.
