It recognizes patterns, colors, items, and gives you a list of matching or similar items in stock!  HOW TO VISUAL SEARCH:1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone2. Tap the camera icon on the top right corner3. Snap or upload a photo from your library4. Crop the image if you want to set focus on a specific area5. Tap search to upload your photo or screen print6. Can’t find your size in store or want to know if an item is available in more sizes and colors? Use the Scan feature in the H&M app to find out!  HOW TO SCAN1. Open the H&M app on your smartphone2. Tap the scan icon (barcode) on the top right corner3. Direct your smartphone towards the price tag of the item you want to know more about4. To scan the item, make sure to fit the barcode in the frame5. The product page will appear if the scanned item is available at hm.com6. If available, you can buy the item online or check if it’s available in any of our stores by using the “Find in store” feature. 7. To check item availability in store, make sure you’re on the product page and select the option to "Find in store" or "Check availability in store" on the H&M app, this can be found below the style/size options.If this button is greyed out it means that the item is not available in stores.Enter your location or use the map to find a list of stores showing sizes available, store addresses and opening hours.Items can sell out very quickly and our stock inventory is an estimate, so please visit our store to check for sure.Please note that items cannot be reserved in store by Customer Service.
