Mostly ok, the fabric has good stretch and is comfy, the elastic though on the waistline and legs seems a bit taut. I have other H&M bikini briefs in the same size and they don't have the same issue.

I usually wear s/m but order underwear 3x bigger cause wash my laundry at 90 Celsius and most of the time they shrink enormously. After shrinkage the L fits me perfectly

I was shocked when I saw it. The fabric quality is extremely poor. They used a very thin material. I threw the white one straight into the garbage.
