This works better on me than most similar tops without the shaping. It's a bit longer, not quite so low cut, and not quite so tight in the body. I like this and would buy it in another colour. I always want to buy the ribbed, square neck shirts to wear under blazers, but with other (not shaped) shirts I spend a lot of time pulling the neck up and the bottom down, even if I size up. My one complaint is that the neck on this one is a bit too wide, so you have to be careful of bra straps. True to size
